By Profile
-‐ Using the profile, the Gateway checks the balance automatically at defined times.
To check the SIM balance by profile:
1)
On the Main Toolbar, click
Virtual SIM
.
2)
Select the
Profile
tab.
3)
In
Server Profiles Selection
, select a profile from the list. (0 -‐ 9).
4)
Click + next to the
SIM Prepaid
parameter.
5)
Select
Active
.
6)
Click + next to
Balance Request
.
7)
Define the parameters in the following table:
PARAMETER
DESCRIPTION
Type
The method of sending the balance request. Options include:
USSD
SMS
DTMF
SC Number
The number to send the balance request. (Not relevant with
USSD.)
Message
The balance request message.
Activation Type
Automatically send the balance request. There are three
options:
SIM Activation
-‐ The balance request is sent one time
after the SIM has registered in the cellular network.
Calls
-‐ The balance request is sent every time the number
of calls that is defined in
Activation Threshold.
Minutes
-‐ The balance request is sent every time the
number of minutes that is defined in
Activation
Threshold.

When active, the Gateway will expect the balance answer to
be in USSD.
SMS
When active, the Gateway will expect the balance answer to
be in SMS.
