To configure Source Routing:
1)
On the Main Toolbar, click
Ports
.
2)
Select the
Source Routing
tab.
3)
In
Ports Control
, select one of the following routing modes:
By Number
By IP
4)
In the Ports Control table, configure the following parameters in an empty row (If there is not an
empty row in the table, click
Add Row
at the bottom of the window):
Start
-‐ the beginning of the range for the routed calls
Stop
-‐ the end of the range for the routed calls
5)
Select the ports to route the calls by clicking the check boxes in the row.
6)
Click the
Active
check box to enable the routing.
7)
Click
Save
.

IVR
Using the IVR feature you can record voice messages and direct calls by the dialed digits (DTMF)
according to a defined list.
When calling the SIM of a GSM port that is in IVR mode, you will hear the IVR message followed with
a dial tone. You then enter the digits of the requested extension.
For example in the following figure's settings, the dialing options are:
When you enter the digit 1 you will reach extension 9100.
When you enter the digit 2 you will reach extension 9300.
