5. CHECKING AND STARTING
5.1 Check of the movement direction
Release the door through the emergency release
lever and move the panel until it reaches half-way with
respect to its stroke.
Lock the door in this position moving the release lever
back to the original position.
Open and close the door by pressing the relative push-
buttons (Fig. 21), and check the correct movement
direction.
If required, reverse the movement direction by
modifying the sequence of the phase and acting on the
line cable before the main switch.
WARNING: in case of door run-up trouble check
the correct insertion of all the connectors.

5.2 Adjstment of the limit switch
Release the door through the release lever.
Manually close the door panel and lock the door
again.
By means of a screw driver, turn the “C” cam until the
relative microswitch is triggered, Fig. 22.
Carry out the same procedure for the opening limit
switch: open the door panel and adjust the “A” cam.
Adjust the braking limit switch (“B” cam) so that the
microswitch is triggered with the panel at approx. 300
mm before the total open position.
The partial opening is controlled through a timer from
the electronic card. To adjust, select the partial opening
and then carry out adjustments through trimmer RP.
Open and close the door to check the correct
calibration of the system and, if necessary, carry out
further calibrations.
6 . MAINTENANCE (every 6 months)
INSTALLATION / FITTING
Tighten the fitting screws of the uprights with the crosspiec
Check the anchoring of the door to the door frame
MOTOR
Check the adjustment of the emergency release cable and lever
Check the fixing of the motor
Check the correct tensioning of the transmission chain
PANEL ROLL-UP SHAFT
Check the good conditions of the belts for the panel lifting
COUNTERBALANCE
Check that belts are correctly fitted and tensioned
Check the good conditions of the counterweight slides
SAFETY DEVICES
Check the good conditions of the pressure switch (or Fototest) on the safety bar
Check the good conditions of the rubber profile of the safety bar
Check the correct operation of the safety photocells
