Il presente manuale di installazione è rivolto esclusivamente a personale qualificato.
Leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima di iniziare l’installazione del prodotto. Una
errata installazione può essere fonte di pericolo. I materiali dell’imballaggio (plastica,
polistirolo, ecc.) non vanno dispersi nell’ambiente e non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei
bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo. Prima di iniziare l’installazione verificare l’integrità
del prodotto. Per l’eventuale riparazione o sostituzione dei prodotti dovranno essere utilizzati
esclusivamente ricambi originali. E’ necessario conservare queste istruzioni e trasmetterle ad
eventuali subentranti nell’uso dell’impianto.

1. Installazione
La tastiera di comando GOL4M permette di attivare da remoto porte e cancelli motorizzati mediante
la digitazione di un codice numerico.
La tastiera di comando GOL4M è compatibile con tutti i ricevitori radio BIX e con tutti i quadri
elettronici con ricevitore radio a bordo.
Fissare la tastiera di comando GOL4M in modo da avere la completa visuale dell’ingresso auto
-
matico ed entro la portata di funzionamento.
2. Memorizzazione
- Premere il pulsante PRG presente sul ricevitore radio o sul quadro elettronico, il led segna-
lazione SIG si accende.
- Effettuare una trasmissione componendo il codice di uno qualsiasi dei canali della tastiera di
comando GOL4M (entro la portata del ricevitore radio). La tastiera di comando GOL4M viene
così memorizzata. Durante questa fase il led segnalazione SIG lampeggia.
Ripetere le operazioni per memorizzare ulteriori canali o abilitare eventuali nuove tastiere.
- L’uscita dalla procedura avviene in modo automatico dopo 10 s dall’ultima trasmissione
oppure premendo nuovamente il tasto PRG (il led segnalazione SIG si spegne).
3. Modifica dei codici di accesso

Ripristino dei codici di fabbrica non consentito. Ripristino dei codici di fabbrica consentito.
Caratteristiche delle combinazioni:
- la lunghezza del codice deve essere di 4÷8 cifre;
- ogni cifra deve essere digitata entro 3 s dalla precedente, in caso contrario il codice non sarà
considerato valido;
- le cifre con lo stesso tasto coincidono (1=2, 4=5, 7=8);
- alla prima accensione sono attivi i codici di fabbrica (CH1=3333, CH2=4444, CH3=6666,
CH4=7777).
ATTENZIONE: alcuni codici potrebbero non essere considerati validi.
Esempi di codici non validi:
- 1111 se contemporaneamente su un canale diverso è memorizzato il codice 11113;
- 13467890 se contemporaneamente su un canale diverso è memorizzato il codice 1346;
- 2222 se contemporaneamente su un canale diverso è memorizzato il codice 1111;
- 123 perché il numero di cifre è inferiore al limite minimo di 4 cifre;
- 1234567890 perché il numero di cifre è superiore al limite massimo di 8 cifre.
Modifica dei codici di accesso:
- digitare il codice memorizzato che si desidera modificare (esempio: 3333);
- dopo 1 segnale acustico premere per 5 s il tasto [*];
- dopo 3 brevi segnali acustici digitare il nuovo codice entro 15 s (esempio: 12345);
- premere il tasto [*];
- dopo 3 brevi segnali acustici digitare nuovamente per conferma il nuovo codice entro 5 s
(esempio: 12345);
- premere il tasto [*];
- la corretta memorizzazione è confermata da 6 brevi segnali acustici.
4. Illuminazione tastiera
Premendo per 2 s un tasto qualsiasi della tastiera di comando GOL4M si attiva la retroillumina-
zione dei tasti per la durata di 5 s.
5. Ripristino dei codici di fabbrica
Per ripristinare le codifiche iniziali premere e tenere premuto per 5 s il pulsante P1, al termine
dell’operazione vengono emessi 2 brevi segnali acustici.
NOTA: in caso di smarrimento del codice e con JP1=OFF il ripristino dei codici di fabbrica può
essere eseguito solamente dal servizio di assistenza tecnica DITEC.
6. Blocco tastiera
In caso di tentata manomissione, dopo 25 digitazioni errate effettuate in un intervallo di 2 minuti,
la tastiera di comando GOL4M si blocca per 2 minuti. In queste condizioni la tastiera non riconosce
alcun codice e non emette segnalazioni acustiche. Scaduto questo intervallo di tempo, la tastiera
di comando GOL4M ritorna nello stato di attesa.
7. Sostituzione batteria
Usare la massima cautela nel sostituire la batteria. Fare attenzione alle polarità.
Non maneggiare la batteria con l’ausilio di pinze o altri utensili, per evitare rischi di scarica o
esplosione.
Per garantire prestazioni ottimali, si consiglia di sostituire la batteria una volta l’anno o quando
si riscontri un consistente calo di portata.

1. Installation
The GOL4M keyboard allows motorised doors and gates to be opened by keying in a numerical code.
The GOL4M keyboard is compatible with all BIX radio receivers and all control panels with an
incorporated radio receiver.
Mount the GOL4M keyboard so as to have a full view of the automatic door or gate and be within
the operating range.
2. Storage
- Press the PRG button on the radio receiver or on the control panel; the SIG LED lights up.
- Make a transmission by typing in the code of any one of the channels of the GOL4M keyboard
(within the range of the radio receiver). The GOL4M keyboard is thus stored. During this
phase, the SIG indicator LED flashes.
Repeat the operations to store additional channels or to activate any new keyboard.
- Automatically exit the procedure 10 s after the last transmission, or you can press the PRG
button again; the SIG LED goes off.

Characteristics of combinations:
- the length of the code must be 4÷8 digits;
- each digit must be keyed in within 3 s of the previous one, or else the code will not be considered
valid;

- at the first start, the factory codes are active (CH1=3333, CH2=4444, CH3=6666, CH4=7777).
WARNING: some codes may not be considered valid.
Examples of invalid codes:

- after 1 acoustic signal, press the [*] key for 5 s;
- after 3 brief acoustic signals, type in the new code within 15 s (example: 12345);
- press the [*] key;
- after 3 brief acoustic signals, type in the new code again within 5 s to confirm (example: 12345);
- press the [*] key;
- the correct setting of the code is confirmed by 6 brief acoustic signals.
4. Keyboard lighting
Pressing any key of the GOL4M keyboard for 2 s, the backlighting of the keys is activated for 5 s.
5. Reset of factory codes
To reset the initial codes, press button P1 and keep pressed for 5 s. When the operation has been
completed, 2 brief acoustic signals will be emitted.
NOTE: if the code is mislaid with JP1=OFF, factory codes can only be reset by the DITEC technical
support service.
6. Keyboard lock
In the event of tampering, after 25 incorrect attempts within a space of 2 minutes, the GOL4M
keyboard will block for 2 minutes. In these conditions, the keyboard does not recognise any code
and does not emit acoustic signals. After this time lapse, the GOL4M keyboard returns to the
standby status.
7. Battery substitution
Be extremely careful when replacing the battery. Pay attention to the polarities.
Do not handle the battery with pliers or other tools, to avoid the risk of discharge or explosion.
To ensure an optimum performance, you are advised to replace the battery once a year, or when
noticed a substantial loss of range.
