We hope the battery will meet your expectations helping
you in your film work
This manual includes hardware instructions for DitoGear™
Power Pack The device may be used to power one or more
of DitoGear™ motion control devices as well as a vast
range of 3rd party products and accessories via 12V DC
power output – Mini Jack Socket 5 5×2 1
Power Pack may be also used for charging phones
and tablets via 5V USB power output
Please ensure to carefully read the safety instructions
and precautions contained in this manual prior to the first
use of the device

DitoGear™ Power Pack
2 1 At a Glance
DitoGear™ Power Pack is a power supply for DitoGear™
devices and 3rd party equipment capable of delivering 5A
and 2A current and output voltages 5V and 12V

2 3 Weather Resistance Notes
The DitoGear™ Power Pack electronics is protected by
a sealed aluminium housing It is weather resistant
therefore it can work under standard conditions
including high humidity, light rain or light show and low
temperatures However, it is not fully water resistant and
should not be used under extreme conditions
3 Using the Device
for the First Time

Unpack DitoGear™ Power Pack and remove
protective caps and bubble wraps Be careful not
to use any sharp device in order not to scratch the
surface of the equipment

Charge the battery as described below

After charging is complete you may start
using the device
(see connection diagram)

Full charging time of the kit battery:
•
Power Pack 7Ah - up to 5h
•
Power Pack 14Ah - up to 10h

To charge the battery connect the AC/DC power
adapter to the battery charger (DC IN)

The battery is fully charged when LED turns green
Caution!
Only 12V AC/DC power adapters are suitable
for charging the Power Pack.
5 Conservation Guidelines
While not in use keep the battery and cabling unplugged
Remember to put protective caps on Power Pack contacts
DitoGear™ Power Pack should be stored in a dry place,
at ambient temperature around 10 - 25°C
Caution! Leaving the battery connected to power cables
can cause a fire
