Place the Osmo on a flat and stable surface so that it is perfectly upright.
Adjust the height of the arm by turning the tension adjustment knob. The
arm should be elevated slightly above the horizontal plane as shown.
Avoid flicking your wrist when filming. Move your arm steadily while
keeping the gimbal upright.
Keep fingers, hair and small objects away from the arm during use
so they do not get caught in the articulating mechanism.
