5. SELECT PROGRAM 1

When selecting a program the amplitude must be set to 00.0
mA for both channels.

6. START THE STIMULATION
A. Set the amplitude for basic stimulation (between contractions)

for each channel until you reach a
comfortable level of stimulation. Press and hold the button to
increase the amplitude continuously.
Note!
Always increase the amplitude cautiously!
B. Set the amplitude for intensive stimulation (during contractions)
Press the hand switch button once. The basic/intensive stimulation symbol is shown on the display and
its upper part is flashing. The first time you press the hand switch button, the amplitude is the same as
for basic stimulation. Press the
INCREASE
button

for each channel until you reach a strong, but
tolerable, stimulation.
By just pressing the hand switch button you can now quickly switch from basic stimulation between
contractions to intensive stimulation when a contraction arrives. When the contraction ends, press the
hand switch button again to get back to basic stimulation.
Increase the amplitude as labour progresses and pain gets more intense.
NOTE!
You can preset the treatment time by using the timer function, see section TIMER.
7. STOP THE STIMULATION
Stop the stimulation by pressing the
DECREASE
button

until the amplitudes are 00.0 mA or press

If using program number 1
without
hand switch you will only receive stimulation at one level
i.e. the amplitude level set using the

An automatically activated key lock prevents unintentional changes during treatment. The key lock is
activated if no button is pressed for 10 seconds. Press any of the
DECREASE
button
AUTO
P
AUTO
S
to deactivate
the key lock.
The last used program is saved when the stimulator is turned off and then pre-selected the next time
the stimulator is turned on.
The stimulator turns off after five minutes of inactivity to spare batteries.
