shoulders. Such tensions can increase in pregnant
women and newly delivered mothers.
This massage program is inducing muscle vibrations
that help tense muscles to relax and circulation in the
treated area to improve.
Recommended intensity

The stimulation produces a muscular pumping effect
that increases the circulation in the venous and lym-
phatic systems. This promotes removal of waste prod-
ucts and excessive fluid from the treated area.

vibrations to light contractions.

The program can be used every day.

GET IN SHAPE
This program can be used to get in shape after giving
birth.
To restore your body to its pre-pregnancy shape, you
have to do exercises that strengthen the back, abdomi-
nal and pelvic floor muscles. This program is inducing
muscle contractions and will help you to regain muscle
strength, vigour and elasticity. Use it as a complement
to your other training.
Recommended intensity
Between the muscle contractions are periods of so
called Active Rest, which means that the stimulation
is active also during the rest periods. The Active Rest
stimulation keeps the muscle prepared for the next con-
traction and reduces muscle soreness afterwards.
Contraction: Increase the amplitude gradually until you
get a medium-intensity contraction.
Active Rest: Increase the amplitude gradually until you
get light muscle vibrations.
Recommended treatment time
The program can be used 3-4 times a week. Also
improve your fitness by walking, cycling, swimming or
other strength training a couple of times per week.

Caution!
If you have had a Caesarean section you
should wait 6-8 weeks before using this program,
because your muscles need this time to recover.
