Operating Instructions Computer
Switch on
Insert 2 batteries AA 1.5 V (!Batteries are not included)
After inserting the battery and/ or after pressing any
button the display will blink for one second.
If the display fails, replace the battery.
Please consult your retailer if this had already been
done.
Enter your personal data:
•
Man or Woman: confirm pressing mode.
•
Age: enter age using the set key, confirm pressing
mode.
•
Height: enter using the set key, confirm pressing
mode.
•
Weight: enter using the set key, confirm pressing
mode.
Exercising without programming:
Display will activate when starting pedalling, and
cumulative values for speed, distance, time,
calorieburn and heartrate will show in the lower part of
the display. Mainscreen will scan different values. Hold
firmly both sensors on the handgrip (please wipe
sensors and hands before starting measuring your
pulse). Your current heart rate will be displayed within
30 seconds up to one minute. A stable figure requires
to hold both sensors firmly.

MODE

To set values for time, distance and

RESET
Clearing current data.
RECOVERY
Press this button for recovery function
after exercising.
BODYFAT
Bodyfat display.
Function description
SCAN
Displaying different functions with 6
seconds interval.

TIME
Press ‘MODE’ to select time (time
blinks). You may preset a target time
by pressing the ‘SET/RESET’ button,
each step counting 1 min. Confirm the
target time by pressing ‘MODE’. The
computer will start automatically upon
pedalling. When target time is reached
an alarm will sound for 8 seconds,
while timer starts counting up.
SPEED/ RPM
Current speed, with a maximum of
99.99
kph.
DISTANCE
Accumulates
total
working
distance with increments of 0.5 km.
Press ‘MODE’ to select distance
(distance blinks). You may preset a
target distance by pressing the
‘SET/RESET’ button, each step
counting 0.5 km. Cnmfirm the target
distance by pressing ‘MODE’. When
target distance is reached an alarm will
sound for 8 seconds, while distance
starts counting up.
CALORIES
Calory burn off. Press ‘MODE’ to
select calories (distance blinks). You
may preset a target calorie burn by
pressing the ‘SET/RESET’ button,
each step counting 10 cal. Confirm the
target burn by pressing ‘MODE’ When
target burn is reached an alarm will
sound for 8 seconds, while calorie burn
starts counting up.
PULSE
Press ‘MODE’ to select pulse (pulse
blinks). Hold firmly both sensors on the
handgrip (please wipe sensors and
hands before starting measuring your
pulse). Your current heart rate will be
displayed within 30 seconds up to one
minute. A stable figure requires to hold
both sensors firmly .
RECOVERY
After exercising, while the LCD
is still active, press recovery button,
and hold both sensors. The computer
will run a time down for 60 seconds,
after which your recovery rate will be
displayed, grades H1 up to H6. H1
featuring fast recovery, H6 slow
recovery. Consult your physician for
professional advise before adapting a
heart rate recovery program.
