Operating Instructions
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING.
Switch on
Turn on the power and attach the safety key to the monitor.
Note that the machine does not work and no data will be
displayed without the safety key attached. Please clip the
other end of the safety key to the user before exercising to
ensure the machine will stop in case the user accidentally
runs off the treadmill. Should that happen, the safety key
will be cut off the monitor and the treadmill will stop at once
to avoid further injury.
MANUAL/PRESET RUNS
Select Manual or a Programmed Run.
Confirm by pressing ENTER.
Program Age, Weight and work-out time
using SPEED UP/DOWN. Confirm by
pressing ENTER.
Press START and the treadmill will slowly
start at 0.5 km/h.
Use UP/DOWN keys to control speed and
incline. Or use the SPEED/INCLINE HOT
keys.
Press STOP to pause the exercise, then
press START to continue, or press STOP
to end the exercise.
USER PROFILE
Select User Profile 1 or 2. Confirm by
pressing ENTER.
Program Age, Weight and work-out time
using SPEED UP/DOWN/ENTER.
Program each speed segment using
SPEED UP/DOWN. Confirm with ENTER.
Program each incline segment using
SPEED UP/DOWN. Confirm with ENTER.
Press START and the treadmill will slowly
start at 0.5 km/h.
Press STOP to pause the exercise, then
press START to continue, or press STOP
to end the exercise.
Press display to toggle between Speed
and Incline profile.
HRC
Select HRC 1 or 2. Confirm by pressing
ENTER.
Program Age, Weight and work-out time
using SPEED UP/DOWN. Confirm by
pressing ENTER
Program Target Heart Rate (THR) using
SPEED UP/DOWN / ENTER.
Press START.
The computer will gradually adjust speed
with 0.5 km every 30 seconds till THR (+/-
10 BPM) is reached.
In case the THR is exceeded, the
computer will automatically reduce speed
untill THR is reached again.
For HR training the use of a wireless chest belt is
compulsory. A steady and strong signal is required.
Your computer is compatible with the optional chest
transmitter (ref 20073), for integrated wireless heart rate
registration.

Heart rate displayed is a random indication and cannot be
used as guidance in any cardio-vascular related medical or
paramedical program.
Calorie value used in this program represents an
approximate calorie burn. This value strictly is a random
indication and cannot be used as standard reference.
If you have not been physically active for a long period of
time and/or to avoid health risk, you should consult your
general physician before starting any exercise.
The owner’s manual is only for customers’ reference.
