Verify player is connected via Ethernet cable to an active internet connection.

Verify player is connected to an active network connection
Wireless has been enabled but
no IP address is displaying
Wait several minutes and click Refresh again. It can take several minutes for the player to obtain a
wireless IP address.
Verify USB Wi-Fi adaptor is properly inserted into the USB port.
Verify there is sufficient wireless signal strength where the player is located. Move closer to a Wi-Fi
access point if necessary.
