Remove the lower section of the bumper.

Remove the foam bumper bar re-
enforcement section, and the plastic centre 
cover plate.

Loosely fit the “L” shaped brackets (item no.3) 
to the left and right side chassis brackets 
(item no. 1) using the bolts, nuts and washer 
supplied, as per page 3.

Loosely Install both chassis & “L” shaped 
brackets to the chassis fitting the nuts and 
bolts to the front side of the brackets – you 
will see that there are 2 holes that need to be 
drilled through the chassis.

Install the U-bolts from the inside of the 
chassis rails through the “L” shaped brackets 
as per page 2 and install nuts and washers. 

 

15.

 

Tighten the 2 front bolts on each chassis 
bracket. 

16.

 

Drill the remaining 2 bolts holes on the front 
of each side mounting bracket to 13mm, paint 
bare metal and install bolts, nuts and washers.
