Setting display and key light

Setting lighting time <Display light
time>
The lighting time of display can be set. When the light is
ON, the display becomes brighter and key area is lit.
･
In addition to Normal use, lighting time can be set also
for AC adapter connected (including DC adapter), i-
mode session, Camera session, Movie camera session,
i-motion and i-
D
ppli.
･
This setting is also reflected to i-mode settings, Image
settings, Recording settings, Settings for i-motion and
Display light of i-
D
ppli settings.

When "Terminal setting" is set, the light remains
lit for the lighting time set in Normal use.

When "Always on" is set, the light is always lit
with brightness set in Brightness and power
saving mode is not set. However, while an AC
adapter is connected, the light is lit in "Brightness
5" regardless of the settings in Brightness.

When "Software" is set for i-

ppli, the light is lit
according to the i-
D
ppli settings. Power saving
mode is not set for i-
D
ppli that holds lighting
always ON.

appears.

appears. If "Yes" is selected, "Kisekae Tool"
becomes unavailable.

Set design when "Tile display" is
selected for normal menu display format.

An item set from Type of icons is design of first
level menu displayed first by pressing

You can set "Customized 1" or "Customized 2"
to create an original menu by changing a menu
icon.
Type of animation :
Set design when "Animation" is
selected for normal menu display format.
Icon display effect :
Set if you display an enlarged
icon when selecting an icon.
Default MENU :
Select normal or custom menu to be
displayed by pressing

on the stand-by
display.
Active shortcut :
Set a shortcut operation for custom
menu.

With "Normal" set, you can use normal menu
item numbers to perform shortcut operation
even when Default MENU is set to "Custom".
