answered during a call.
Set arrival actions to “Activate” to use Arrival call
action.

Selecting Actions for
Incoming Calls During a Call
Voice Mail
Calls received while engaged in a call
are automatically forwarded to Voice
Mail Service center. Messages are
stored regardless of Voice Mail Service
settings.

are automatically forwarded

Rejection
Calls received while engaged in a call
are automatically rejected.
Answer
Follows Call Waiting settings if set to
“Activate”. If set to “Deactivate”, one of
the following applies.
Disconnect current call and answer
incoming call.
Manually connect incoming calls to
Voice Mail Service, Call
Forwarding Service, or reject.
Voice Mail Service and Call
Forwarding Service settings are
used if set to “Activate”.
