Setting the Alarm Mode
<Alarm setting>
You can select either “Operation preferred” or “Alarm
preferred” as the alarm notification setting for “Alarm”,
“Schedule” or “To Do list”.

When set to “Operation preferred”, the alarm is
given only when the standby screen is displayed.
When set to “Alarm preferred”, the alarm is given
even when operating the FOMA terminal or
during talking.

The alarm tone rings through the FOMA terminal earpiece. Animations appear on the
main display and the sub display.
Earphone/microphone is
connected
Alarm notification is the same as for the “Standby screen displayed”. The alarm tone
sounds from the earphone or speaker according to the “Headset usage setting”.
Dial lock/Omakase Lock/
Original lock is set
The alarm is not notified. “
(Missed alarm)” shortcut icon appears in Original lock, or
when Dial lock/Omakase Lock is released.
