Call Forwarding service
The Call Forwarding service forwards a call
to a preset forwarding number if you do not
answer the call within the preset ring time,
or if the FOMA terminal is outside of the
service area or is powered off.
If you do not answer an incoming call after
the Call Forwarding service is set to "Active",
the call is stored as a missed call in the log,
and
appears in the status bar.

Basic flow of Call Forwarding
Register the forwarding number

The call is automatically forwarded to the

Using the Call Forwarding service

From the Home screen,

Select any item:
Activate service
······Set the number of the
forwarding destination and the ring time
and then start the service.
If the ring time is set to 0 seconds, calls are
not recorded to the call log, and are instead
forwarded directly.
Deactivate service
······Makes the Call
Forwarding service deactivated.
Change call forwarding number
······
Change the number of the forwarding
destination.
Call forwarding settings*
······Set whether
to connect the caller to the Voice Mail
service center when the forwarding
destination is busy.
Guidance settings
······Set whether a
message is played to inform a caller when
their call is being forwarded.
Settings confirmation
······Check current
settings.
* A subscription to the Voice Mail service is
required.
