*3 : Depending on the selected item, “Mail address”,
“Address”, “Positioning info”, “Birthday”,
“Memorandums”, “i-concier address”, “i-concier URL”
or “i-concier memo” appears.
*4 : “Release secret” when referring to a secret data
phonebook entry.
*5 : “Copy to phone” when referring to the UIM
phonebook.

Secret code
When the mail address of the other party is “phone
number@docomo.ne.jp” and he/she sets a secret
code, you have to specify “phone secret
code@docomo.ne.jp” as the mail address.
There are 2 methods to send mail to such a recipient.
z
Set a secret code for the phonebook entry from the
phonebook detail screen function menu (when
referring to the mail address, the secret code is
automatically added to the mail address in the
phonebook).
z
Store the mail address with a secret code in the
phonebook.

When the edited entry is stored to the PushTalk
phonebook or Choku-Den, the PushTalk
phonebook or Choku-Den is also changed
automatically.

If the memory number of the entry is edited, and
the entry before editing is a PushTalk entry with a
member list stored or group list stored, or is stored
to Choku-Den, that information is not inherited to
the changed entry.

If you delete a phone number or mail address in a
phonebook entry in which multiple phone
numbers or mail addresses are stored, the
subsequent phone numbers or mail addresses
move up.
