Using the Bluetooth device to play
1Seg sounds
To listen to 1Seg sounds on a Bluetooth device,
connect the Bluetooth device to the FOMA terminal
via Audio service.

Sounds come from the Bluetooth device.

An incoming call cannot be answered with the
Bluetooth device when Dial lock or Omakase Lock
is set.
z
When a call arrives while a Bluetooth device is
connected via Headset service or Handsfree
service, the ring tone comes from the Bluetooth
device even in Manner mode.
z
While talking on the Bluetooth device, the
Bluetooth device volume does not change even
when the FOMA terminal volume is adjusted.
z
While talking on the Bluetooth device, the talking
status does not change even when the FOMA
terminal is folded, regardless of “Setting when
folded”.
z
When the Bluetooth connection is terminated
while talking or dialing on the Bluetooth device,
the talking or dialing ends.

Even if the Bluetooth device activates, you may
not be able to talk on the Bluetooth device when a
handsfree device or flat-plug earphone/
microphone with switch (optional) is connected.

You can switch the talk from the function menu of
the voice call/videophone screen.

1Seg sounds can only be played on A2DP
Bluetooth device supporting SCMS-T copyright
protection.

While 1Seg sounds come from the Bluetooth
device, the Bluetooth device volume does not
change even when the FOMA terminal volume is
adjusted.

1Seg sounds cannot come from the Bluetooth
device when a flat-plug stereo earphone set
(optional) or flat-plug earphone/microphone with
switch (optional) is connected.
z
A Bluetooth device connection via Audio service is
logged in connection history. If there is connection
history and the Bluetooth device is powered on,
the device is automatically connected when
viewing 1Seg even if it is not connected via Audio
service. If connection succeeds, sounds come
from the Bluetooth device. If connection fails, a
message appears asking whether to listen to
sounds from the FOMA terminal.
