Preparing the suspension point
➤
Fix the Bracket SCP suspension shoe to the Climb-
ing cones SCP with 2 Cone screws M36 SW50
9cm.
A tightening torque of 100
Nm
(20
kg, assuming a
ratchet-length of approx. 50
cm) is sufficient.
The only tool allowed to be used for screwing in and fix-
ing the Cone screw SCP
9cm in the climbing cone is
the Reversible ratchet 3/4".

Bracket SCP suspension shoe
▪
The Bracket SCP suspension shoe must be
secured with 2 Cone screws
M36
SW50
9cm.
▪
The Bracket SCP suspension shoe must be
flush against the concrete.
Reversible ratchet 3/4"
Reversible ratchet 3/4" with extension
The required
cube compressive strength
of the con-
crete at the time of loading must be
specified
sepa-
rately for each project
by the structural designer
. It
will depend on the following factors:
▪
load actually occurring
▪
length of the stop anchor
▪
reinforcement / extra reinforcement steel
▪
distance from edge
The introduction of the forces, the transfer of these
forces into the structure, and the stability of the overall
construction, must all be verified by the structural
designer.
Follow the directions in the Calculation Guide
entitled "Load-bearing capacity of anchorages
in concrete" or ask your Doka technician!
