and have manufactured your new appliance to exacting quality standards. We feel confident
that in normal use, it will provide you with satisfactory performance. However, should
you experience difficulty; you are protected under the provisions of this warranty. This
appliance is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in
normal use for a
period of one-year (1)
from the date of purchase by the original user, and
is conditional upon the unit being installed and used as directed in the instruction manual.
Should the appliance need service during within the warranty period, do not return the
appliance to the store. Please contact our Customer Service Center or send your appliance
to one of our locations listed below.

Transportation to and from the service depot is the responsibility of the owner. To facilitate
the speed and accuracy of your return, please also enclose $10.00 for return shipping
and handling of the product. Please also be sure to include a return address, description
of the product defect and any other information pertinent to the product’s return. Please
pay by cheque or money order. This warranty applies to the product from the original date
of purchase at retail. Therefore, the owner must provide a copy of the original, dated bill
of sale. No warranty service will be performed without a bill of sale.
Note:
For added protection and secure handling of any product that is being returned, we
recommend you use a traceable, insured delivery service. We cannot be held responsible
for in-transit damage or for packages that are not delivered to us. Lost and/or damaged
products are not covered under warranty.
