If a sheet is used with the mattress pad, use only the one provided by

or one specifically designed to fit the dimensions of the mattress pad.
Make
sure that the sheet securely tucks under the mattress pad on all sides to
avoid
entanglement.

DO NOT place this bassinet near a window or a patio door where a child could
reach the cord of a blind or curtain to avoid strangulation.
•
DO NOT place pillows, comforters or soft mattresses in this bassinet.
•
ALWAYS keep child within arm’s reach.
•
To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed
on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
•
Use ONLY the mattress pad supplied by
Dream On Me
with this bassinet.
NEVER add
a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
•
DO NOT place more than one infant in the bassinet.
•
DO NOT carry or move bassinet with infant inside of it.
•
ALWAYS lock the brakes when the infant is inside of the bassinet.
•
Ensure that the product is securely on the stand before the child is placed into
the bassinet.
STRANGULATION HAZARD:

DO NOT place cords, straps, decorative ribbons or similar items that could
become wound around the child’s neck in or near this bassinet. DO NOT add
additional strings or straps to the bassinet

SUFFOCATION HAZARD!
Infants have suffocated:

In gaps between extra padding and side of the bassinet.
•
On soft bedding.
