Assembly and adjustments

1.  If you plan to use disks with hook & loop, glue the hook & loop (included) to the

disk and cut off the excess.

2.  If you do not plan to use hook & loop, use double side tape to attach the abrasive

disk to the disk of the machine.

3.  For following replacements it is recommended to cut abrasive disks of 60 mm in

diameter prior to attaching them to the disk.

NOTE. Do not remove the disk from the motor axle! It is hard to put it back and this may

damage the motor itself. The motor cover is dead, i.e. it can not be removed.

4. Move Table

(3)

 flat against Disk

(2)

.

5.  Attach the first Plate

(4)

 to the Table

(3)

using double side tape. The edge of the

Plate should be parallel and flat against Disk

(2)

6.  Move Table

(3)

 from Disk

(2)

to make a small gap so that the Disk does not engage

the Table when rotating.

7.  Fix the Table

(3)

 by screws from both sides.

8.  Place  the  stop-protractor

(5)

  flat  against  the  first  Plate

(4)

.  Attach  the  second

Plate

(4)

 to the Table

(3)

having pressed it firmly to the stop-protractor.

NOTE. When replacing abrasive disks the remains of double side tape can be cleaned

from the disk using solvent.

ATTENTION!

The design of the machine may differ

from that shown in this manual!

If necessary, remove the protective film from the plastic parts
