2.4. Cooling aggregate
2.4.1. Replacing cooling aggregate
Attention!
The cooling aggregate must only be replaced when also
replacing the temperature controller or; in the event of a circuit break in the
temperature controller, the cooling aggregate must also be replaced at all
times.
- Open refrigerator door, lift off cooling flange from evaporator tube while
pushing it upwards.
(Figure 81,82)
- Turn refrigerator onto door, fasten.
(see 2.2.3) (Figure 83)
- Disassemble heating element from boiler
(see 2.3.3)
- Remove electrical cover, lift off printed circuit board
(See: 2.3.3)
- Pull off electrical wire of temperature controller from the flat connector of
base
(x4 connector)
- Temperature controller – spread connection of heating element.
(See:
2.3.3. Figure 66)
- Unscrew wire clamp.
(See: 2.3.3. Figure 67)
- Unscrew 5 screws securing aggregate. (1 is located next to the tank)
(Figure 84,85)
- Pull off drain water evaporator from fluid heat-exchange pipe.
- Lift out aggregate, lay down onto absorber.
