Start-up and function test
The parameter values in the control unit are preset and must not be changed
again. The preset specified values facilitate the correct functioning of the electri-
cal refrigeration system.

Close the loading area door.
➤
Start the motor.
➤
Switch off all auxiliary vehicle equipment.
➤
Switch the control unit on with the
button.

A control test is performed.
➤
Select a control set point for the loading room between 0 °C and 2 °C.

Press the
and
buttons at the same time.

The first parameter list
[L]
appears on the display.
➤
Open the
[L]
list of actual values in the control unit.
➤
Select the
L02
parameter and check the currently displayed temperature
value.
➤
Check whether the evaporator fan starts after reaching below 15 °C.
➤
Select the
L10
parameter and check the current value for the condenser fan.
The value must be at
100
.
➤
Select the
L11
parameter and check the current value for the compressor.
The value must be at
95
.
➤
Let the refrigeration system run for approximately 5 minutes and check
whether the evaporator fans are active.

NOTE
You can find the normal operational pressure on the high pressure side and the
expected power consumption of the electrical compressor, which results from
the above-mentioned setting.
The output for the function test is the reading of low pressure and high pressure
values for the refrigeration system via the pressure gage and the measuring of
the power consumption with a current clamp. If the pressure values and power
consumptions are not achieved, it can be assumed that there is a fault.
