- Connect the feeder plug (E) to an AC outlet 230V 50/60Hz.
K-PAD IR
must be installed at a pre-set distance as indicated
in the table (T1)
- To install
K-PAD IR
on cupboards with a glossy white,
reflecting, mirroring door finish, that is with a shiny surface,
values given in table (T1) can change. We advise carrying out
a preliminary test of how it works before final installation.
- To increase the
K-PAD IR
distance of intervention, it is
possible to apply on the door in correspondence of the
sensors, the reflective sticker (I) provided in the package.
- Connect the device power cable to an appropriate (check
plate data printed on the product label) safe power supply
with stabilized voltage (not included) with power 10% higher
than the total load.
- If more than one device must be connected to the power
supply ensure that the total sum of the power absorbed by
the devices (check the plate data shown on the product
label) does not exceed the maximum power permitted by
the Converter.
- DOMUS Line guarantees the product only if powered with
a Converter supplied by us.
OPERATION K-PAD SDM:
Switching on and off takes place by simply approaching the
sensitive IR switch (C), keeping a steady hand, faced with the
same, you can adjust the intensity of light.
WARNING:
Safety is guaranteed if these instructions are followed and
therefore they must be kept. Installation may require the
involvement of qualified personnel. Before proceeding with
installation of the device ensure that the environmental
conditions are in compliance with and suitable for the
product characteristics. Before any operation on the device
disconnect mains power.
CONFIGURATION:
Instructions for installation and use contained in this manual
are valid for several configurations of the
K-PAD
device, for
which there are differences.
K-PAD SDM
(IR sensor) model
refers to the configuration of the device that includes a
dimmable electronic switch,
K-PAD IR
is a device that
operates as a “limit switch” to be installed inside a cupboard
and operates when the doors are opened and closed; they
reflect the sensor's infrared signal.
K-PAD
model refers to the configuration of the device that
does not incorporate any switch or sensor.
INSTALLATION:
- Fasten the bracket (A), using the screws in the pack (B), on
the installation surface in the position wanted. To install the
fixture correctly, fasten the bracket (A) so it is against the
wall and at right angles to it (fig. 1-2).
- Connect the spotlights to the adaptor and using the
extensions provided in the pack (D) following the wiring
diagram:
