Dual pressure
SAFETY
WARNING: Any pneumatic equipment
that is, or
may be connected to the machine must be suitable
for use with at least the higher, rated pressure.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
COMMISIONING
Check that switch and solenoid are functioning correctly.
Push the switch on Low pressure symbol (1). Lower pressure is
selected.
Push the switch on High pressure symbol (2). Higher pressure is
selected.
STARTING AND USE
Select higher pressure setting with the switch and start machine
normally.
If lower pressure is required then push the switch on Low pressure
symbol.
Toggle between high and low pressure as required.

IQ SYSTEM
SAFETY
CAUTION:
The compressor regulation system is
adjusted to maintain regulated pressure at the separator
tank. DO NOT adjust regulation to provide full
regulation pressure at the service valve when the IQ
System is enabled. This will result in operation at
excessive horsepower levels, causing overheating,
reduced engine life, and reduced airend life.
CAUTION:
Excessively restricted filter elements may
cause an increase in the amount of aerosol water and
oil carryover, which could result in damage to
downstream equipment. Normal service intervals
should not be exceeded.
CAUTION:
Blockage of the condensate will result in
flooding of the vessels. If flooding occurs, excessive
condensate may enter the air stream and could result in
damage to downstream equipment.
CAUTION:
Do not remove u
−
bolts from both filters at
the same time. Removing both u
−
bolts will place
excessive stress on the aftercooler
NOTICE:
Do not operate at temperatures less that 2
C (35
F) unless
equipped with low ambient IQ option.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
