The company makes no other warranty or
representation of any kind whatsoever, expressed or
implied, except that of title, and all implied warranties,
including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
Limitation of Liability:
The remedies of the Purchaser set forth herein are
exclusive, and the total liability of the Company with
respect to this order whether based on contract,
warranty, negligence, indemnity, strict liability or
otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the
part upon which such liability is based.
The Company shall in no event be liable to the
Purchaser, any successors in interest or any
beneficiary of this order for any consequential,
incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages arising
out of this order or any breach thereof, or any defect in,
or failure of, or malfunction of the parts hereunder,
whether based upon loss of use, lost profits or revenue,
interest, lost goodwill, work stoppage, impairment of
other goods, loss by reason of shutdown or non
−
operation, increased expenses of operation or claims of
customers of Purchaser for service interruption
whether or not such loss or damage is based on
contract, warranty, negligence, indemnity, strict liability
or otherwise.
AIREND EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Doosan offers an airend exchange program to benefit
portable compressor users.
On the airend exchange program the exchange price is
determined by the age and condition of the airend.
Your nearest sales office, autonomous company or
authorized distributor must first contact the Parts
Service Department at the factory at which your
portable air compressor was manufactured for an
airend exchange number. The airend must be tagged
with this preassigned number and returned to the
factory prepaid. The airend must be intact, with no
excluded parts, otherwise the exchange agreement
may be cancelled. The warranty on an exchange or
factory rebuilt airend is 365 days.
Airends being returned to the factory in connection with
a WARRANTY CLAIM must be processed through the
Customer Service Department. If returned without a
Warranty MRR (Material Return Request) Number, no
warranty claim will be considered.
