Assembly
16. Insert gasket (15) in the housing.
Observe installation position.
17. Insert needle gland (13) in the con-
necting piece. Observe installation posi-
tion.
18. Insert O-ring of the nozzle seal seat
(14).
19. Combine connecting piece (11) and
housing (10) with each other.
20. Insert the four screws of the connecting
piece (12). Tighten using a hexagon
socket screwdriver.
21. Insert piston (9).
22. Insert needle holder (8).
23. Firmly hold needle holder (8). Push in
the needle from the front and tighten it.
24. Insert nozzle seal seat (5) and tighten it.
Tightening torque: 20 Nm
25. Fit spray jet screen (6). Tighten by
hand.
26. Insert needle spring (1).
27. Insert limiting ring (2).
28. Insert spring seat (3).
29. Fit end cap (4). Tighten by hand.

1. Thread off and remove nozzle (4) with
end cap.
2. Remove spring seat (3).
3. Remove limiting ring (2).
4. Remove needle spring (1).
5. Replace worn out or defective compo-
nents.
Assembly
6. Insert needle spring (1).
7. Insert limiting ring (2).
8. Insert spring seat (3).
9. Fit and hand tighten end cap (4).
