INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
HYDRAULIC HOSES TO WING RAMS
Do not use thread sealant/tape on hoses and fittings.
This could damage the product.
1.
Attach the hoses labeled A, B, C, and D at the
hydraulic unit to the corresponding labeled fittings
on the wing rams.
2. Using pliers to hold the hose end in position,
tighten all hose fittings 1/8 to 1/4 turn past finger
tight.
3. If the factory‑installed hose wrap was previously
removed, reinstall the hose wrap on the
repositioned hoses.
4. Install additional hose wrap as needed on the
portion of the hoses extending beyond the hose
clamps, maintaining the hose positioning as
shown.

CAUTION
Assembling a hose to the incorrect wing ram
port can result in permanent damage to the ram.
2. Reposition the hoses as shown.
3.
Fully extend the lift cylinder. Gently remove most
of the slack in the hoses between the hydraulic
unit and the hose clamps.
Do not stretch the
hoses.
4. Retighten hose clamps and re‑install the original
hose wrap between the hose clamps and hydraulic
unit.
