TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the dispenser does not function correctly, check the following points before calling the service:
FAULT
Dispenser does not function
Too little or no water in the dispenser
Yellow LED flashes
(short flashingfrequency)
(insufficient cooling)
Yellow LED flashes
(long flashingfrequency)
Yellow LED permanently ON
Only delivery of water
No delivery. "EMPTY" indicator shines red.
No delivery. "EMPTY" indicator flashes red.
CAUSE

Dispenser not switched on

Key switch (option) not switched to "ON"

Power supply interrupted

Main fuse defective
-
Water cock closed
-
Dispenser too close to the wall

Ventilation openings of dispenser covered
or dirty

Ambient temperature too high

Water temperature in the boiler too low
and cooling compartment temperature
incorrect

Water temperature in the boiler too low
-
Concentrate pack positioned incorrectly
-
Dosing tube not positioned correctly in the
slotted pack opening

Concentrate pack empty
-
Technical defect
REMEDY
-
Switch on the dispenser
-
Switch the key switch to "ON"
-
Check the power supply
-
Replace the main fuse
-
Open the water cock
-
Move the dispenser approx. 5cm from the
wall
-
Uncover or clean the ventilation openings
-
Ensure appropriate cooling of the room
-
Wait until the dispenser is heated up
and provide adequate cooling
-
Wait until the dispenser is heated up
and the yellow LED stops flashing
-
Reposition or replace the concentrate pack
-
Position the dosing tube correctly
-
Replace the concentrate pack
-
Call the service
