6.6 Input/output rotation direction
The rotation direction of the output table with respect to the direction of rotation of the input (servomotor)
is as shown in the figure below when looking from the T side. (See Table 5).

When the input (servomotor) is rotated in the opposite direction to this figure, the output table rotation
direction is also reversed.
6.7 Operating conditions
Please use the GTB series within the performance range stated in the catalog or within the range of the
rated torque and the maximum speed specified in the usage notice. Using the unit under unreasonable
conditions may cause damage to the unit or lower accuracy.

⑤ About the operation when the temperature is low
In the low environment (the winter season, cold districts) of the temperature, viscous
resistance of the grease/the lubricating oil grows big, and the number of revolutions of
the motor may be hard to rise. In this case, please perform warm-up operation.
Perform a warm-up until main unit temperature reaches around 15 degrees Celsius. If
the operation speed is forcibly increased while the viscosity of the grease/the
lubricating oil is high in a low temperature condition, overload may be applied to the motor,
resulting in abnormal temperature rise and burnout.
⑥ Input/output rotation direction
The rotation direction of the output table with respect to the direction of rotation of the
input (servomotor) is as shown in the figure below when looking at the input from the T
side.(See Table5)
※ When the input (servomotor) is rotated in the opposite direction to this figure, the output
table rotation direction is also reversed.
