37 EYE-MARK FILTER WIDTH
A timer which will not allow signals
SHORTER than the time specified to be
accepted as registration Indicator mark
detection. The wider the Indicator mark,
the longer this setting may be. This is
used to eliminate NOISE from marks on
the casing other then the intended
Indicator mark.

38 HI-SPD PORTION GAP TIME
This parameter sets the amount of time
that the product conveyor will run at high
speed after clipping before it returns to
low speed. In effect, this parameter
controls the amount of spacing between
consecutive portions. Note: a portion in
this case is defined as cut-to-cut and may
consist of several chubs. (i.e. the
conveyor stays on low between chubs
until the chub count is reached)

FILL DELAY AFTER
TANDEM
An adjustable timer controlling the
amount of time to delay the start of the
fill-cycle when running in tandem mode.
The time-delay begins when the tandem
machine completes its fill-cycle. (This
allows time for the isolation valves to
shift, e.g. Ball Valves in product piping).

Constant value for the recipe currently
displayed. When the recipe is sent, this
number will be displayed in the Current
Recipe field on the touchscreen. This
value cannot be changed by the user.
Note: if coupled to heatseal, the HMI will
display Heatseal Recipe in red, and will
display Current Recipe if not coupled to
the heatseal. If HMI is a foreign
language, there are 10 English and 10
foreign language recipes each.
