⚫
Check whether the set value of the AC overvoltage alarm point is reasonable. If it is not
reasonable, adjust it according to the actual situation.
6.1.3 AC undervoltage
Possible Causes
⚫
The power grid is unstable
⚫
The setting of the AC undervoltage alarm point is unreasonable.
Approach
⚫
Measure whether the AC input voltage is abnormal, and if so, handle the grid fault.
⚫
Check whether the set value of the AC undervoltage alarm point is reasonable. If it is not
reasonable, adjust it according to the actual situation.
6.1.4 DC overvoltage
Possible Causes
⚫
The rectifier module is faulty.
⚫
The setting of the DC overvoltage alarm point is unreasonable.
Approach
1.
Check whether the fault light of the rectifier module is blinking. If so, replace the rectifier
module.
2.
Check whether the setting value of the DC overvoltage alarm point is reasonable. If it is not
reasonable, adjust it according to the actual situation.
6.1.5 DC undervoltage
Possible Causes
⚫
The battery voltage is lower than the DC undervoltage alarm point.
⚫
The setting of the DC undervoltage alarm point is unreasonable.
Approach
1. Check whether the setting value of the DC undervoltage alarm point is reasonable. If it is not
reasonable, adjust it according to the actual situation.
2. Restore AC power, charge the battery, and increase the battery voltage.
6.1.6 Communication failed
Possible Causes
⚫
The communication line of the rectifier module is loose.
