Step 5 Replace the fuse with a new one. The installation process is the reverse of the disassembly process.
Step 6 According to the recorded information, reinsert the quick-connect terminal of the BAT cable or LOAD
cable of the fuse.
Step 7 Use waterproof tape to waterproof the cable interface.
Step 8 Take off protective gloves.
7 Maintenance
The system can work continuously and uninterruptedly. In order to ensure the reliability of power supply, daily
maintenance must be done to make the power supply system work in the best state.

Regularly clean the power supply system and rectifier module to prevent dust accumulation and other
phenomena;

Check whether the parameters of the power supply system are normal once a week. If there is any abnormality,
it should be eliminated in time. If there is an alarm in the system, it should be handled in time.

Check whether the lightning arrester fails every month or after a thunderstorm, and replace it if it fails;

Check the fuse status once a month, and have a certain number of spare fuses, which can be replaced in time if
there is a failure;

Check the input and output wiring connections for looseness and poor contact once a month;

Check once a month whether the input and output wires are intact and replace them if they are damaged;
