The device/SEKUR NAVY MASK and SEKUR NAVY MASK 15C will
perform as designed and prevent possible risks only if it is used (and
maintained) in accordance with these instructions.
This manual must be carefully read and followed by all persons who
have or will have the responsibility for using or servicing the EEBD. SEKUR
NAVY MASK will provide declared performances if it will be used correctly
and it will receive maintenance in compliance with what is described in this
handbook. SEKUR NAVY MASK will perform as designed only if used and
service according to this instructions
The manufacturer does not take any responsibility for the
consequences of improper uses, mishandling of the apparatus, use of spares
other than supplied by D.P.I., or maintenance operations not performed by
D.P.I staff or staff adequately trained by D.P.I.
The use of the SEKUR NAVY MASK presupposes the full acquaintance
and the respect of what indicated in this manual besides an appropriate
practical training.
SEKUR NAVY MASK is identified by a serial number also shown in
the test report attached to this manual.

INTENDED USE
SEKUR NAVY MASK and SEKUR NAVY MASK 15C are independent
compressed air open circuit devices for self rescue. They are designed to protect
the respiratory tract of an operator in escape from contaminated or oxygen
deficient environment.
SEKUR NAVY MASK and SEKUR NAVY MASK 15C are not certified as
antistatic devices and therefore they must not be used in explosive atmospheres.
NB: SEKUR NAVY MASK and SEKUR NAVY MASK 15C are certified only
for escape from dangerous atmosphere.
NB: SEKUR NAVY MASK and SEKUR NAVY MASK 15C are not designed
for fire fighters and they are not certified to be used to work in oxygen deficient
