Using the external fresh-gas outlet as a common gas outlet (optional)

Disconnect the non-rebreathing system from
the external fresh-gas outlet.

Connect the fresh-gas hose to the external
fresh-gas outlet (A).

Screw the sample line back to the Y-piece on
the breathing circuit.
Ending operation

Close all flow control valves on the device.
Using the external fresh-gas outlet with an additional switch (optional)
