BLADE INSTALLATION GUIDE
Step 1:
With the blade guard, splash
guard, smooth threaded drive roller and
adjustable arm assembly removed, install
the new skid plate. Once the new skid plate
is installed place the new blade with
grooved side down onto the lipped
threaded drive roller.
Step 2:
Place the smooth threaded drive
roller onto the drive shaft and using the ½”
wrench on the drive shaft and the Dragon
Saw Multitool on the drive roller, turn the
drive roller counter clockwise until tight (the
drive roller is reverse threaded).
Step 3:
Install the adjustable arm assembly
by pushing it on towards the saw. Then
install the blade guard and splash guard
using the 9/16” wrench provided. Note: If
the blade is loose, loosen the nuts on the
blade guard and splash guard. Then turn
the saw vertically with the blade pointing
down. Using the side of a table, push down
on the adjustable arm assembly until the
tension on the blade is tight. Once proper
tension is achieved, re-tighten the nuts on
the blade guard and splash guard.
