Never set glass down directly onto a tile or concrete floor surface.
Always use a piece of wood
or cardboard and leave the corner protectors and shims on the glass until it becomes necessary to
remove them. Always
protect the bottom edge and corners of the glass from damage which could
lead to breakage and/or serious personal injury.

Clean the
Hinge gaskets
and the glass around the hinge notch with an alcohol swab or glass
cleaner prior to attaching the
Hinge Assemblies (#05)
to the
Door Glass (#01)
.
Fully and evenly tighten the hinge bolts
by hand. It is normal to hear the gaskets
compress onto the glass.
Install the hinges centered in
the cutout and flush with the
edge of the Door Glass
NOTE
The door glass can be flipped for left or right swing door installation.
The Pattern must be on the outside and ClearMax label must be on the inside.
NOTE
The Adjustable Hinge
Assemblies are factory
pre-set to overclose to 85°
to create a tight seal with the
Strike Vinyl. See Page 21 for
Hinge Adjustment details
after installation.
