FOR CORRECT USE OF BURNER 

 

To reduce gas consumption and for efficient use, use flat-cut pans with dimensions appropriate 
to the burner, as shown in the table to the right. Also, as soon as the liquid begins to boil lower 
the flame to a level that only keeps it boiling. 
 

During the cooking process that  wraps grease or oil,  be careful as this substance can cause 
furor if it is at high temperatures. 

7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 

Before starting cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the power source and allow it to cool.  

GENERAL CLEANING 

 

Wash the glazed parts with warm water and detergent: do not use abrasive products as they 
may damage it. 
Wash  the  lids  of  flames  and  burners  often  with  boiling  water  and  detergent,  being  careful  to 
remove all deposits. 
The burner holder can be washed in the dishwasher. 
For  adhering  dirt,  use  normal  non-abrasive  detergents.  We  strongly  recommend  that  you  do 
not use metal, wood or acid scouring pads for cleaning.  

BURNER 

 

Clean the burner regularly with a soft cloth, warm water and a little liquid detergent. Do not use 
the following products:  
• Household detergents or bleaches. 
• Scouring soaps Scouring pads are not suitable for non-stick utensils. 
• Scourers made of steel wool. 
• Stain removers for bathtubs or sinks. 
• If the hob is very dirty, use commercial products.
