1.   Before use, adjust height of leg to your  

specific needs by depressing the push button 

and loosening the anti rattle collar (Figure 1).

2.   When desired height is reached, lock leg into 

place by aligning button into proper hole, 

(Figure 2).

3.   To be sure leg is locked into place by pushing 

down on or by pulling leg.

NOTE: The small and medium sizes have been 

combined into one universal size (FC120-GB/GP).

1.    Use a non-abrasive mild detergent or a house-

hold cleaner with warm water.

2.   Rinse with warm water and wipe dry.

The forearm crutch is intended to be used as a 

mobility aid for those that need additional support 

to prevent falls.  Forearm crutches are to be used 

bilaterally with forearms placed through forearm 

collars, and hands gripping the hand grips.  Height 

should be adjusted to provide proper support to 

prevent user from losing balance.  The user can then 

use the forearm crutches by moving each crutch 

forward in an alternating pattern. All components/ 

parts required to use the forearm crutches are 

included with the crutch. Forearm Crutch includes 

main crutch shaft, crutch tip, hand grip, anti rattle 

collar, and forearm collar.
