1. Before assembling seat, allow toilet seat to reach room
temperature if exposed to cold. This will help prevent the
seat clamps from cracking while being assembled onto
commode back cross brace.
2. Assemble the backrest by inserting the supporting poles
into the back of seat frame. Secure in place using the
lock knobs provided.
3. To drop arm, depress release button on arm and gently
allow to drop.
4. Align the toilet seat clamps onto the back frame rail
(both clamps should sit outside the pail brackets). Push
down on seat until clamps snap firmly into place.
5. When removing the seat grasp the back of the seat and
lift. Install commode bucket by placing in bucket frame.
Reverse to remove.
6. Assemble the footrests by inserting the footrests into
the top of the front legs from the outside of the frame.
Once inserted, turn the footrests inward until they lock in
position.

attempting to install. Otherwise, injury or damage may

• Inspect all parts for shipping damage before assembly.
If there is shipping damage - DO NOT USE. Contact
dealer/carrier for further instructions.
• Ensure ALL screws, nuts and/or bolts are tightened.
• All four legs MUST touch the floor simultaneously at all
times.
• Users with limited physical strength should be supervised
or assisted while using commode.
• Use the arm supports only for assistance. DO NOT
attempt to use the arms to support full body weight.
• Arms should be unlatched and dropped to assist in
transfer onto/off the device.
