Sets the Event Summary Enable register bits to determine which
Error conditions will be passed to the status byte to initiate a
Service Request (SRQ) to the controlling device. The data byte
associated with this command is a bit-mapped byte, with the
individual bits flagging which functions are enabled. A logic “1”
at the bit location enables the function.

an error condition from its respective function.
