Film Threading



Continue advancing the film web

until threading card is fully exited.



Adjust brake tension on laminator

by rotating set screws until contact

is made of the screw to the nylon

brake then turn 1 ½ turns further

clockwise.



Brake tension set screws are located

on the right side of the laminator

where the film supply shafts rest in

the machine.



Brake tension should be set for

both top and bottom rolls of film.
