TDAS G5 DAS Interface Connector

All  functions  and  signals  enter  and  exit  the  TDAS  G5  DAS  via  the  gold-plated,  216-

position interface connector panel.  The connector panel should be treated with great
care as any debris, solvents, or oil (even from fingers), can compromise the integrity of

the connections/signals.

Proper orientation can be determined by locating the board references J1-J18

these are

at the bottom of the panel, closest to sensor channels 17-32.  Pin assignments can be

found in Appendix A.

WARNING:

Do  not  apply  external  voltages  to  the  event,  communication,
status or control output and inputs

this could result in damage

to the unit.
