11. Troubleshooting

The motor is overheating

Do not touch it and let it cool for at least 30
minutes before restarting the system
Request technical assistance
The drive wheel does not turn
Brake sensor malfunction
A faulty brake sensor can cause the bicycle to
stop inadvertently.
Check and, if necessary, clean the brake lever
slot with a brush.
Make sure that the brake cable returns
smoothly to its original position after each
braking. If the problem persists, request
technical assistance.
Motor is blocked
Request technical assistance
The motor stops while it is running

Stop the vehicle and wait for it to cool down
