10. ERROR MESSAGES
This error message is displayed when paper has jammed
inside the machine.
The jam location is displayed on the touch panel.
For more details on correcting paper jams, refer to page
70.

10-4. Wire Feed Detection
This error message is displayed when the wire is not fed
normally at the stitcher head. This machine stops after
ejecting the booklets being processed. Be sure to check
that these booklets have been stitched properly.
Before resuming operations, set new wire if it has run out.
If there is wire remaining, readjust the wire of the stitcher
head and perform stitching tests. (
Refer to page 71.)
The error message disappears when the top cover is
opened and closed.
This error detection can be switched On/Off at Option
Menu 1. (
Refer to page 61.)
[E01]Wire feed sensor (L1)
10-5. Paper Tray Full
This error message is displayed when the side stitching
stacker is full with booklets.
The machine stops after all booklets being processed
have been ejected out.
Remove the booklets on the stacker.
The error screen is cleared when the top cover is opened/
closed. After removing the booklets, pressing the [Start
key] also resumes operations.
