ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 

 
 

 

TOOLS REQUIRED: 

 

Drill with #2 Phillips Bit or 
Phillips Screwdriver 
Hammer or Mallet 

 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 

 
 

ARBOR SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY

 

     (Refer to Drawing 1) (Make 2) 
 
On clean flat surface, lay the 7/8 x 3 x 27 ½" center rails down and slide the lattice panel through the 
center rails.  Push the 7/8 x 3 x 27 ½" top/bottom rails on the ends of the lattice panel.  Take two of the 
posts with the screw pilot holes facing up and routed hole facing inward and insert the 7/8 x 3 x 27 ½" rails 
into the posts, make sure rails are inserted completely into both posts.  Fasten the posts to the cross rails 

with the 

1 ¼"

 screws and snap the screw caps over the screw heads. 

 

ARBOR TOP ASSEMBLY

 

     (Refer to Drawing 2) 
 
Using the two bent arbor tops, with the 1 x 1" routed holes facing each other, insert the  
1 x 1 x 27 ½" square rails between the tops.  Make sure all the 1 x 1's are completely in both bent arbor 
tops pieces and fasten with the 

1 ¼"

 screws.  Snap screw caps over screw heads. 

 

Set the flared ends of the arbor top assembly onto the assemble side panels.  The screw caps on the side 
panels should face the outside of the completed arbor.  The arbor is now ready for installation (See Ground 
Anchor Hardware Bag).
