FILM FEED SYSTEM
The Hot Air Sealer's Film Feed System is suspended from the Film Feed Carriage (See Figure Eleven), which
rolls horizontally in either direction to adjust to various bag widths.
To adjust the Film Feed Carriage, loosen the Carriage Lock Knob (See Figure Eleven). Position the Hot Air
Sealer's Film Feed Carriage so that the pinch point of the Film Feed Belts are approximately 1/2" from the leading
edge of the product filled bag and also at the same time, that same leading edge is just leaving the pinch point of the
540's Film Feed Belts as shown in (Figure Twelve). Then tighten the Carriage Lock Knob with the Film Feed
Carriage in that position.

Note: This procedure will be "Trial & Error" at first, until you achieve a sense of timing for the machines
feed systems.
