The device is designed for training adults. Do not leave children or pets unattended in a room with
the machine.
Ensure sufficient space for safe use.

Tighten all moving parts to prevent their release during training.
Do not use the equipment while barefoot or with loose shoes. During training wear loose clothing.
Before starting the workout Remove all jewelry. Hair can properly adjust to you during the exercise
the way. You do not wear leather shoes or shoes with high heels.
Damaged components may endanger your safety or reduce the life of the equipment. Worn and
damaged parts replaced immediately or discontinue use.
Regularly check the elliptical trainer before starting exercise to assure that all parts are connected
