Press the Reset button 2 seconds more, then Will reset all functional gains to zero.
● Press the button Until SCAN. Monitor Automatically Will Cycle between TIME
COUNT CAL TTR every 5 seconds.
● Time (unit = Minute: Second) Press the button until Time, Appear to count up the
Elapsed
time.
●Count : Click the button Until Count. Indicates the count
● TTR (Total Count) Click the button Until TTR. Indicates the total count.
● Calories (Unit = Calories) Press the button Until CAL. Appears to accumulate the calorie
consumption.
Note:
1.
Without "any signal Transmitted to the computer for 5 minutes, shut off the LCD Will
Automatically.
2. Press 'MODE' and hold for 4 seconds, all gains Will Be Reset.
3. The computer Operates with 1pc LR44 battery.
Battery instruction
1. Loosen screw 1 on chain cover slightly.
2. Loosen screw 2 totally
3. Remove the computer 3 from the chain cover and disconnect the sensor wire 4
4. Insert button cell battery onto the battery rack
5. Re‐connect the sensor wire 4 and put the meter 3 back to the same place and tighten
screws 1 & 2
